Exhume the full body of Lakie Miller

Lakie Miller had a mysterious death. The attorney Alan C Kauffman claimed Lakie was in a hospice. The family called every single hospice in South Florida as well as visiting them and nothing was found that she was there as a resident. The family got the Medicare Statements and nothing was found on that for a hospice. According to Medicare, which pays 100% for hospices, there are no records. However, there was a test on the grounds and a leak was found from the body next to Albert R Miller (her husband) which was Lakie Miller's body fluids mixed with antifreeze. It seems that Weiss Funeral Company did not seal the coffin properly. Our investigator found that the last place that Lakie Miller was seen at three days before her death was in a wheelchair outside of 9607 Savona Winds Dr Delray Beach Fl 33446 which turned out to be Randy Schlangler's home. Randy Schlangler's two daughters were arrested for drugs.

We are planning to exhume the entire coffin body and grounds around the body. We need the money to exhume the body and a forensic examination as well as a
toxicology on any tissues and fluids. We plan to have the body examined for broken bones or a skull fracture that may have trauma that caused the death. We plan to X-ray the land above where the body is laying before the exhuming.  There are too many secrets involving this death and the 2 million dollars that are missing from a foundation that Attorney Alan C Kauffman was withdrawing from and Randy Schlanger who wrote out checks to herself for cash.

PLEASE HELP US GET JUSTICE

OVERVIEW
Valsartan

Introduction

Valsartan is an angiotensin II receptor blocker used alone or in combination with other agents to treat hypertension and reduce cardiovascular mortality after myocardial infarction.  Valsartan is associated with a low rate of transient serum aminotransferase elevations and has been linked to rare instances of acute liver injury.

Background

Valsartan (val sar' tan) was the second angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) to be approved for use in the United States and is widely used for therapy of hypertension.  Valsartan inhibits the renin-angiotensin system by blocking the angiotensin II type 1 receptor (AT1), which prevents the vasoconstriction and volume expansion induced by circulating angiotensin II which accounts for its antihypertensive activity.  Valsartan was approved for use in the United States for hypertension in 1996 and indications were subsequently broaded to the treatment of heart failure and for reduction in cardiovascular mortality in patients with left ventricular dysfunction after myocardial infarction.  Valsartan is available in 40, 80, 160 and 320 mg tablets generically and under the trade name Diovan.  The typical initial dose of valsartan in adults in 80 to 160 mg once daily, and it is used long term.  Valsartan is also available in fixed combinations with hydrochlorothiazide (Diovan-HCT), amlodipine (Exforge and Exforge HCT) and aliskiren (Valturna).  Side effects of valsartan are uncommon, but can include headache, dizziness, fatigue, cough, gastrointestinal upset, and fetal toxicity.  In addition, many ARBs including valsartan have been linked to cases of severe sprue-like enteropathy.  The enteropathy arises after months or years of therapy and presents with severe diarrhea, weight loss, abdominal discomfort and fatigue.  Intestinal biopsy shows villous flattening and atrophy similar to celiac disease.  However, the enteropathy does not improve with a gluten-free diet but does resolve with stopping the angiotensin receptor blocker.

Hepatotoxicity

Valsartan has been associated with a low rate of serum aminotransferase elevations (<2%) that in controlled trials was no higher than with placebo therapy.  These elevations were transient and rarely required dose modification.  Rare instances of clinically apparent acute liver injury have been reported in association with valsartan therapy.  The onset is usually within 1 to 8 weeks of starting therapy and the serum enzyme pattern is typically hepatocellular with an acute hepatitis-like clinical syndrome.  In some instances, cholestasis has developed which can be prolonged and relapsing, but valsartan therapy has not been associated with vanishing bile duct syndrome or chronic liver injury.  Immunoallergic manifestations (rash, fever, eosinophilia) are not common, nor is autoantibody formation.  In addition, serum aminotransferase elevations can accompany the enteropathy associated with ARB therapy, probably as a result of fatty liver disease and steatohepatitis due to the diarrhea and malnutrition.

Likelihood score:  D  (Possible rare cause of clinically apparent liver injury).

Mechanism of Injury

The cause of the liver injury that has been associated with valsartan is not known, but it resembles idiosyncratic liver injury due to a hypersensitivity reaction.  Valsartan does not appear to be metabolized by the cytochrome P450 system to a major degree.

Outcome and Management

The instances of acute liver injury reported with valsartan use have been self limited and have not resulted in acute liver failure or chronic liver injury.  While corticosteroids have been used in cases of severe cholestasis due to ARBs, their efficacy has not been shown and their use is best avoided.  Patients with valsartan induced acute liver injury should probably avoid use of other ARBs, although cross sensitivity to liver injury among the members of this class of agents has not been shown.

References on the safety and potential hepatotoxicity of valsartan are given in the Overview section on the Angiotensin II Receptor Antagonists.

Representative Vincent Ross Spano should be arrested and thrown in high security Federal Prison

He should be arrested and thrown in high security Federal Prison
Vincent Ross Spano has done nothing for Our Florida Congressional District 15! He has only one local office in Polk County, ignoring both Lake and Hillsborough Counties. To quote his office, they chose not to represent Lake or Hillsborough Counties with an office because they have people in their office representing the two other counties but they do not feel that they have to have offices in the said counties. There is no phone number or office address even for the Polk County office  online on his Official Government website. The only phone number is to his Washington D.C. office where he has representatives answering phones. The knowledge and attitude of this staff is we are in office and there is nothing you can do about this.

Your two years is up Spano!

Spano’s staff claims they have no idea about Medicaid or Medicare and the attitude of the office staff is they do not care to know. They also stated that Spano himself has no clue what is going on either. All  you hear from Spano is what a Good Christian he is as he preaches about is anti-abortion propaganda, ignoring the rights of women, the LGBTQAI+ community, senior citizens, the disabled, children of the disabled, and the disabled children. The reduction of service each citizen has paid into with their and our taxes dollars has been reduced to ensure Spano and the others in office get a raise because of the cost of living. But those who are disabled and seniors who can not work will get a reduction on Medicare and on SNAP to ensure they either starve to death or services are reduced or their medical bills are so high they are fighting off doctors bills because they must see specialist 2 -3 times a month. The ones who win on this are Spano's Law Office who represents not the people but this corporations suing the people.

The Republicans screamed the Affordable Heath Care Act had a death panel attached to this bill. I read through this bill and it contained a statement requiring all doctors to ask if you are abused, if you have a Living Will. This bill protected those with preexisting conditions.

The Trump Bill eliminates this allowing fathers, brothers, uncles to commit incest which they claim is G-d Will. Not that this act of incest is against G-d's Will, forcing women to give birth to these children of incest and allow these rapists to have visiting rights without paying for child support and forcing the rape victims to give visitation rights to the children. But this is the Primary Issue for this Congressman Spano who lied on his FEC filing that a loan was donations and list DEAD people giving him money or People who never existed. He was caught and said he didn't know. A liar is a Liar. He knew because he held a Florida State Representative position and passed laws like the Worker Compensation Law that if you have a stroke on the job it's not workers compensation. In other words, the Employer can keep you outside without shade, without water and without a bathroom break for hours and cause a heat stroke and not be held responsible for his actions.

This is a Republican cutting the costs of the big corporations and not caring for the Citizens of their State. We must never forgive them just like we must never forgive the Nazis who committed genocide against millions of people in Europe and in the Slavic Countries because they were not Aryans like themselves, just like they are doing to the refugees. These Republicans did the same thing to those escaping Cuba. The Puerto Rican's who found shelter here in Florida after Maria which was a Category 5 but, when Matthew hit the panhandle which was mostly Republican, food stamps were given to the Republicans who are dead set against giving them to the elderly or the disabled.

The reason to remove Spano: is 2018 election was fixed. It had to be fixed when Spano's FEC report was hidden from the people. He should be arrested and thrown in high security Federal Prison. Spano is doing exactly what Trump is doing and maybe worse.

Ross Spano, facing investigation into 2018 campaign, files for re-election in 2020

Questions remain about how loans made by friends to the embattled Dover Republican’s Congressional campaign

U.S. Rep. Ross Spano has not only resisted calls for his resignation amid a campaign finance scandal, he is already laying the groundwork for a re-election campaign.

FEC flags Spano donations funneled through Club for Growth

https://www.politico.com/states/florida/story/2019/01/02/fec-flags-spano-donations-funneled-through-club-for-growth-769631

TALLAHASSEE — Embattled U.S. Rep.-elect Ross Spano, already facing accusations that he made potentially illegal loans to his campaign, last month had more than $75,000 in contributions flagged by federal elections officials for potentially insufficient reporting.

The campaign cash was bundled by Club for Growth, a conservative special-interest group that often funnels small-dollar contributions to candidates it supports. Spano’s campaign failed to itemize Club for Growth donors who gave more than $200 to his campaign, as required by federal law.

A Spano spokesperson called the matter a simple “clerical error,” but it’s another black eye for the incoming rookie congressman, who increasingly faces a first term tarnished by campaign finance woes.

“Your report discloses contributions through a conduit but fails to disclose the original earmarked contributions,” Bradley Austin, an FEC analyst, wrote in a Dec. 27 letter to Spano’s new campaign treasurer, Robert Phillips.

A Club for Growth spokesperson declined to comment. The group, like other bundlers, typically sends donor specifics to campaigns, which then must identify the source of gifts greater than $200.

Sandi Poreda, a Spano spokesperson, said the Club for Growth reporting “appears to be a clerical error that can be easily fixed.”

Spano, an attorney and former member of the Florida House of Representatives, is under a torrent of criticism over $174,000 in campaign loans that he has admitted are likely in violation of campaign finance limits. Coupled with the $75,521 now flagged by the FEC, nearly one-third of the $881,321 brought in his campaign is under some form of scrutiny.

Spano loaned his congressional campaign $174,500 at about the same time he borrowed $180,000 from two friends. The loans, first reported by the Tampa Bay Times, weren’t disclosed for two months.

Poreda said the candidate’s loans to his campaign have been repaid in full out of proceeds from the sale of his law firm.

The bulk of the personal loans made to Spano came from Cary Carreno, a longtime friend who advanced the candidate $110,000. POLITICO reported last month that Carreno was helping Spano interview job applicants for his congressional office.

The remaining loans came from Karen Hunt, also a Spano friend. If the FEC determines that the personal loans were designed to help Spano’s campaign, they would violate the contribution cap of $2,700 per election cycle per contributor.

Spano has hired Washington legal heavyweight Elliot Berke, a managing partner with the firm Berke Farah, to represent him in the FEC matter. In a Nov. 30 letter to the FEC, Berke said Spano might have violated campaign finance law and blamed former campaign treasurer Jamie Jodoin, who was fired after the loans became public.

"The respondents seek the advice and recommendations from it to fully address this matter and adopt additional corrective measure," Berke wrote.

Spano’s Democratic opponent Kristen Carlson and former Republican state Rep. Neil Combee have asked for an FBI investigation into the issue.
Loretta would have demanded the FBI to look into this

I want everyone to see this election scam

I want everyone to see this scam This is from a Biden Supporter who put up a page and wants money for an endorsement.  This is the conversation

Now he says he has 15,000 in his group, he is asking for a donation of $10, he is making $150,000. Just on this and asking for $10

Give me the donation because I am running and when I get into office I will not run a scam office. I think I am the only honest Candidate out there.

The HG Student is part of a Baptist Church and wants me to give money to a Church that dislikes Jews , Muslims, Blacks and anyone who is not part of their Religion.  Andrew Learned gave money to this man to give to a church who is Racist, AntiSemitic , AntiMuslim and Homophobic.

Say hi to your new Facebook friend, Robert.

Hello Loretta! Hope you are well! Soon I'll be getting in touch with you about your candidacy for FL-15. As you may know already, I’m the founder of FL Democrats For Office. A social media platform with over 15K+ Florida Democrats followers. For now, I am going to ask you to please stop promoting your campaign in the Biden For Florida group. In my opinion, there's no problem but unfortunately, there are some people who don't like it. Anything unrelated to Joe Biden is not welcome. Thanks !

ok

Hello Mrs. Miller,

My name is Robert Palacios, Founder of FL Democrats For Office, or known as (FLDFO). We feature Democratic candidates who are running for office. For the record, we don't endorse any candidates for office. Only after the primaries.

We have a couple of requirements before being featured with our 15K+ Florida Democrats on social media. First, a nice professional photo, secondly tell me about your profession/career, and lastly is optional if you are interested in making a (small) from $10 to $5 dollars donation to us.
You are asking me for money?
Of course not... Is a donation (optional). Like I clearly stated in the previous message.
This is run by HG students
Not DNC or FDP
and you allow Andrew Learned to pose with an ordinary photo taen outside and I need a professional one?
And you are connected with Biden?
Dose Biden know you do this?
Ma’am, if you look at our format... You will see all of Florida candidates in a very presentational campaign photo. We have done this since the 2017/2018 elections cycle. That’s why we have 15K+ followers making us one of the most influential site on social media. I as a private citizen did endorse Biden and I’m on his team. But, when is comes to FLDFO we won’t use our format to support or endorse any candidates running for ANY kind of office. Only after the primaries.
So, we basically have those 2 requirements if you can’t make a donation which is fine. Do you want to proceed?
You can say anything you want you are running a scam. You are teaching students an illegal business. In order to collect money for a donation you need to be registered with the Florida State department and the IRS as a not for profit organization.
Ok, so I’m guessing that you are not interested in being on our format?
Not interested in your scam
You have a good day, then.
